Dr. Michio Kaku on the Iceland Volcano

My theory is that the large hadron collider is producing gravity waves that are in turn is causing the global earth quakes.

I have been told that gravity waves only occur a when super massive objects like stars or black holes collide. When super massive objects collide, maybe it is their atoms colliding that is causing the gravity waves, hence, when we collide atoms, we recreate the effect of massive objects colliding.

Again, this is just a theory.
